RETURNS & WARRANTY
Returns Policy
At Intent Phone, we stand behind the quality and purpose of our products. Because each device is prepared, configured, and customized to create a distraction-free experience, returns are handled under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
The device is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, or
You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, the phone must:
Be in its original condition,
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and
Show no signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
The device has been altered, unlocked, or tampered with,
Third-party software has been installed,
The phone has physical damage caused by the user, or
The return is based solely on a change of mind.
This is because every Intent Phone is intentionally configured to meet our minimal, distraction-free standards before shipping.

Warranty Policy
All Intent Phones come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
Issues related to the original device configuration
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (drops, water damage, cracked screens)
Damage from improper use
Software modifications made by the user
Damage caused by third-party apps or services
Normal wear and tear
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Intent Phone will:
Repair the device, or
Replace it with an equivalent model at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error, we cover return shipping.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
